Two users under the MA5200 can chat with QQ , but cannot chat with MSN. However, they can chat with users in the external network with MSN.
Check the data configuration and inter-batch 0 0d is found. That is, the mutual access of users in the lower layer is prohibited. The problem can be solved by opening all the access authority of users.
Here is a question: Since the mutual access of users in the lower layer is forbidden, why users under the MA5200 can chat with QQ? The reason is that the QQ chat needs an external server. The actual process to QQ chat is: User A-Server-User B. QQ users actually access the users in the external network and the inter-batch 0 0d command is useless here. MSN users in the same subnet will not pass an external server. Therefore, if the mutual access between users is prohibited on MA5200, users cannot chat with MSN.
The possible causes are:
1) Data configuration problem
2) The MA5200 wrongly processes the MSN voice packet so that the MSN voice service is unavailable.
The real reason is that mutual access is prohibited between users.
