Failing to Recognize Ultrium 4-SCSI Drivers or Tape Drives by Windows 64–bit OS

Issue Description
When the Ultrium 4-SCSI driver or tape drive of the VTL3500 is assigned to the Windows 64–
bit OS host through the FC or iSCSI mode, the driver or the tape library fails to be scanned.

Step 1 Download and install the 64-bit program of the driver or the tape drive.
Step 2 If the problem persists, contact Huawei Symantec technical support engineers.
