1. Log in to the GUI interfaces of the VIS6000 primary controller and check the cluster status, as shown in Figure 1.

The normal status of the CVM is online. If the CVM is offline (due to a fault), you need to log in to the CLI and run the following commands orderly:
a. hagrp -clear RVGSharedGrp_0 -sys VIS_7577_0 (for eliminating the fault marker of VIS_755=77_0)
b. hagrp -clear RVGSharedGrp_0 -sys VIS_7577_1 (for eliminating the fault marker of VIS_755=77_1)
c. hagrp -online RVGSharedGrp_0 -sys VIS_7577_0 (online resources on VIS_7577_0)
d. hagrp -online RVGSharedGrp_0 -sys VIS_7577_1 (online resources on VIS_7577_1)
2. Check the status of the storage arrays.
If the storage array has a fault, remove the fault according to related documents. Then, scan and initialize the disks again on the ISM interface.
3. If the fault persists, seek technical support.

The possible cause is the two controllers of VIS6000 can not detect the same number of LUNs.
