The SVN3000 is connected to the user network in one-armed mode. External users attempt to access internal resources by using the SSL VPN.
Network extension was enabled on the SVN3000. The client accessed the SVN3000 successfully by using the SSL VPN, but failed to access the internal servers by using the domain name (the servers could be accessed on the intranet). However, the client could access the internal servers by using the internal IP address.
Check whether the DNS server configuration on the SVN3000 is correct, and whether the client has obtained the correct IP address of the DNS server. For this case, the problem was removed after the user modified the DNS server IP address configured on the SVN3000
When such problems occur, check whether the client can obtain the IP address of the DNS server, and whether the configuration of the SVN3000 is correct. After that, if the problem cannot be located, change a PC to check whether the problem lies in the client. The method is as follows:
Use an internal PC to obtain the IP address of the DNS by using the SSL VPN. See whether the PC can resolve the IP address correctly
