Issue Description

The massage /dev/sd$ lost, please check it, and format this disk later. is displayed during formatting.

Handling Process

1. Check whether the power indicator of the disk is on or whether the indicator for the disk handle is in red. If the power indicator is off or the indicator for the disk handle is in red, it indicates that the disk or disk slot is damaged.
Check and solve the hardware problem.
2. Check the formatting results of other disks after the disks can be identified correctly.
    o If other disks are formatted successfully, you need to reformat the faulty disk. For details, see description of formatting specified disks in the appendix Introduction to Formatting Tools of the Oceanspace V1300N Storage Node Installation Guide.
    o If other disks are not formatted, you need to format all disks. For details, see description of formatting all disks in the appendix Introduction to Formatting Tools of the Oceanspace V1300N Storage Node Installation Guide.
