Issue Description
l           During the login to the VSM server from the VSM System Monitor, the system displays a message indicating that the user name and password are incorrect.

l           During the login to the VSM server from the VSM client, the system displays a message indicating that this type of client is not supported.

Handling Process
Step 1     Check whether the login user name and password are correct.

                                Step 2     Check whether the name of the VSM installation directory contains spaces.

If the installation directory contains spaces, uninstall the currnet VSM. For details about how to uninstall the VSM, see the corresponding part in the Software Installation Guide. Then, reinstall the VSM. You need to ensure that the network cables are already connected before the installation of the VSM and ensure that the name of the VSM installation directory does not contain any space.
