Issue Description
USG2130 configured IP-MAC bonding ,it is correct.
After changing IP address on PC still can access to the Internet through fire wall, with no limit.

Handling Process
Increase pack filtering limit, just allow the IP address that have done IP-MAC address bonding could access to the Internet
Root Cause
Firewall has done IP-MAC address bonding, user changed the PC IP address. If this IP doesn’t in the range of bonding, firewall checks the changed IP address doesn’t collision with the IP address that have done IP-MAC address bonding. PC can still access to the Internet.
