Voice Quality data is not gathered when making calls between two eSpace clients

Issue Description
U2980, call AS and other UC services are added to EMS resource management and added HQ102 to Monitoring Management but when going to check voice quality data but when loging in to the eSpace EMS to view the data according to the specified criteria on the Terminal Voice Quality page there is nothing there

Handling Process
The voice quality data will not be gathered if the value of QoS report on the Enterprise Configuration page of the BMP is not yes
Root Cause
The instructions for checking voice quality on terminals are very clear such as:
1. Log in to the BMP.
2. Click eSpace EMS.
The eSpace EMS page is displayed.
3. Choose Maintenance > Voice Quality.
4. Choose Terminal Voice Quality > Terminal Data from the left-hand navigation tree.
The Terminal Data page is displayed.
5. Set the search criteria in Caller Area, Callee Area, Caller No, and Callee No.
6. Click  to select a start time.
7. Click Query.
You can view the details in Detailed Data, Report View, and Sample

Even if the instructions are followed the voice quality data is not gathered
Suggestions
Set the  value of QoS report on the Enterprise Configuration page of the BMP to Yes.
