E6000 BH622v2 report “invalid user” when we installing the OS

Issue Description
Product &Version:E6000 BH622 V2
Problem details:
It always send us message as “invalid user” when we installing the OS. Then we would drop out the RemoteControl unexpectly , What worse is the installation progress would lost. It’s really a waste of time.
Alarm Information
Server BMC (iMana) remote console report "invalid user"
Handling Process
1.Checking  networking configure. Long time ping from PC to Server BMC IP. make sure no disconnect.  if not solve, go to below steps.


2. 1)Telnet BMC
     # ipmcset -d reset
or #busybox reboot---------------------if OK, end; or next:
2) IE>tool>internet options>General>history>delete ------if OK, end; or next:
3)windows control panel>JAVA>general>temp internet files>setting>delete-------if OK, end; or next:
4)Don't use IP proxy----if OK, end; or next:
5) reboot your PC
6) use firefox to try.

3. Collect logs for RD analyze:
ssh login BMC, use
#imtool
go to /tmp, down load tar.gz file to RD.
#ipmcget –d version
Root Cause
1. Networking issue. Engineer's PC is disconnect from server.
2. JAVA issue or Browser issue. IE Explorer issue
