packets dropped when host ping S9300 with big icmp packets because of CPCAR

Issue Description
S9300 and  the other company's device is directly connected.Occurrence of packet loss when using large packets (8000 bytes) Ping to  S9300.

Handling Process
System by limiting CPCAR packets sent to the main control board on the CPU speed, by default icmp packets limit is 64kbps, modified it to 128K  and the problem solved.
Configuration commands:
System view to configure a packet type cpcar command: cpcar packet-type [slot slot-number]
CPCAR view configuration values ​​for CAR packet types: car cir cir-value [cbs cbs-value]
Root Cause
If the device received a large number of packets and sent to the main control board for processing, it will take up a lot of CPU resources, will lead to serious equipment the normal business sense. S9300 MPU able to send packets of various protocols were done on the CAR, limit the rate of the CPU on the main control board to send these messages.

And for this situation, maybe some icmp packets were dropped by IPCAR.
Suggestions
When found some packets dropped we can first found the reason in the logbuffer. And then try to modify the configuration.
