Issue Description
RP200 have no voice from local side or remote side

Handling Process
  1. Check the Mic , it's a good one.
  2. After checking the calbe, it's also good and there is a DVI---HDMI cable.
  3. The volume is also not too low.
  4. Use the sound test ,we can't hear the voice too.
  5. Check the output mode of the video output port is not DVI (AUDIO).
  6. Choose Settings > Video > Video Output. Alternatively,from the web interface, choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Output.Set Output mode to DVI (AUDIO).
  7. After changing that, the problem was solved.
Root Cause
  1. The Mic is faulty.
  2. The calbe has some problem.
  3. The volume is too low.
  4. Configuration problem make the issue.
Suggestions
The endpoint can output both video and audio to the monitor through the DVI to HDMI cable simultaneously after you set the output mode of the video output port to DVI (AUDIO).
