Issue Description
On VPC500 through set after set the video format 720P60, then after power found VPC500 video format and restore 720P50, need to manually set 720P60.

Handling Process
1, check VPC500 9039S camera is connected to COM1 port, correct.
2, using the PC terminal via web login, click [Device Control] - [C500/C520 Parameters found its video format is 720P50, will modify the video format is the video format consistent with the VPC500 are 720P60, VPC-down restart camera video format normal, no recovery is 720P50, troubleshooting.
Root Cause
Down the camera back to the initial configuration of the reasons are:
1, VPC500 bad camera, you can not save the configuration.
2, VPC500 camera and 9039S serial connection error.
3.9039 S on VPC500 camera configuration errors.
