2. As shown in the following figure, after a user double-clicks the FusionAccess folder, the FusionAccess window is not displayed. However, the FusionAccess icon is displayed in the taskbar, and the FusionAccess folder is in running state in the Windows Task Manager window.

Handling Process
1. Back up the following registry entries, and then delete them:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\Bags
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\BagMRU
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU

2. Add the following registry entries:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU

3. In the Registry Editor window, right-click the Bags and BagMRU registry entries, respectively, and add registry values for them. Set Name to BagMRU Size, Type to REG_DWORD, and Data to 8000.

Root Cause
1. The folder is managed by the explorer process. After the explorer process is reset, the fault persists. To reset the explorer process, perform the following steps:

a. Rename the registry entry of the explorer process, that is, rename HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer2.
b. On the Processes tab of the Windows Task Manager window, stop all explorer.exe processes.

2. Configurations of the explorer process are affected by the Internet Explorer configuration. After the configurations of the Internet Explorer are reset by clicking Reset on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options dialog box, the fault persists.

3. Search for windows 7 explorer opens minimized on www.google.com. According to the methods described in an article, modify configurations of the corresponding registry.
The fault is rectified.
