VM BSOD Caused by Fully Occupied Data Store Space

Issue Description
During the VM startup, the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurs on the VM, as shown in the following figure. 
Alarm Information
ALM-15.1005003 Data Store Usage Exceeds the Threshold is displayed on the FusionCompute Portal. 
Handling Process
1. Migrate disks on the fully occupied data store to other data stores to release storage space.
2. Delete unused VMs that use storage resources on fully occupied data stores to release storage space.
Root Cause
Information displayed in the alarm details area shows that the data store usage is 100%. The VM uses virtualized data store resources. A virtualized data store supports thin provisioning that operates by allocating storage space to VMs in a flexible on-demand manner. Therefore, if allocated space of a data store is greater than the actual total space of the data store, there will be no available space to be allocated to VMs for follow-up I/O operations. As a result, the BSOD may occur during VM startup. 
Suggestions
If ALM-15.1005003 Data Store Usage Exceeds the Threshold is displayed, maintenance engineers must handle the alarm based on the alarm help in a timely manner. Otherwise, some VMs using resources on the data store may become unavailable.
