Issue Description
The NetEco reports an alarm for high or low humidity inside the data center (cold aisle).  what should be done?
Solution
Possible Causes:
1) High humidity: The humidity loads inside the data center are heavy.
2) High humidity: Precision air conditioners do not run according to the preset refrigeration and dehumidification parameters.
3) High humidity: The refrigeration and dehumidification functions of the precision air conditioners do not take effect properly.
4) Low humidity: Humidification is not set for precision air conditioners.
5) Low humidity: Water is not supplied to the humidification pan of the precision air conditioner properly.
6) The external temperature and humidity sensor does not work properly.

Procedure:

Step 1 If humidity is high, check whether the humidity loads inside the data center are heavy.

Check whether the doors and windows of the data center are open and the fresh air load is heavy to determine whether the humidity loads inside the data center are heavy.

Y: If the doors and windows of the data center are open or the fresh air load is heavy, close the doors and windows or adjust the fresh air load. Check whether the fault persists after 1 to 4 hours.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 2.
N: If humidity loads in the data center are proper, go to Step 2.

Step 2 If humidity is high, check whether the precision air conditioners run according to preset refrigeration and dehumidification parameters.

Check the air conditioner running and determine whether the refrigeration and dehumidification parameters are set correctly.

Y: If the refrigeration and dehumidification parameters are set correctly, go to Step 3.
N: If the refrigeration and dehumidification parameters are set incorrectly, reset the parameters. Check whether the fault persists after 1 to 4 hours.
Y: If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
N: If the fault persists, go to Step 3.

Step 3 If humidity is high, check whether the dehumidification function of the precision air conditioners is normal.

Check whether the temperature of the outgoing water from the air conditioner or the condensate water is high to determine whether the dehumidification function of the precision air conditioners is normal.

Y: If the temperature of the outgoing air from the air conditioner or the condensate water is high, troubleshoot the air conditioner or contact Huawei technical support.
N: If the temperature of the outgoing air from the air conditioner or the condensate is normal, go to Step 6.

Step 4 If humidity is low, check whether humidification parameters of the precision air conditioner humidifier is set correctly.

Check whether humidification parameters of precision air conditioners are set correctly.

Y: If the humidification parameters are set correctly, go to Step 5.
N: If the humidification parameters are set incorrectly, reset the parameters. Check whether the fault persists after 1 to 4 hours.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 5.

Step 5 If humidity is low, check whether water is supplied to the humidification pan of the precision air conditioner properly.

Determine whether water is supplied to the humidification pan properly or the water pipe is blocked.

Y: If the water supply is abnormal or the water pipe is blocked, troubleshoot and dredge the water pipe, and check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, go to Step 6.
N: If the water supply is normal, and the water pipe is not blocked, go to Step 6.

Step 6 Check the operating status of the ambient temperature and humidity sensor.

Determine whether the ambient temperature and humidity sensor is faulty based on alarm information.

Y: If the ambient temperature and humidity sensor is faulty, replace it and check whether the fault persists.
If the fault is rectified, troubleshooting is complete.
If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
N: If the ambient temperature and humidity sensor is normal, contact Huawei technical support.
