You have logged in to the NetEco server as user root.

Answer:

Run the following command on the command line interface (CLI):

> /etc/init.d/mysql status
MySQL running (26617)             done

If the preceding information is displayed, the MySQL database is enabled.

MySQL is not running            failed

If the preceding information is displayed, the MySQL database is disabled.
