When a user uses the LMT client to log in to the command tree, an error message is displayed, indicating that file download fails because the file does not exist. The user cannot use the command tree to configure the data.
Step 1 Access the folder named after the eSpace U1980 version in the LMT installation directory, and check whether the smcu_9500_config_cmd_xml.zip and smcu_9500_view_cmd_xml.zip files exist. It is found that the smcu_9500_view_cmd_xml.zip file does not exist.
Step 2 Locate the file from the eSpace U1980 installation package and copy the file to the folder mentioned in the preceding step. The fault is rectified.
