Issue Description
Which Interval Is Used If Packets on the Two Ends of a BFD Session Are Transmitted and Received In Different Intervals?
Solution
When the two ends of a BFD session have different intervals for transmitting and receiving packets, negotiation is performed between the two ends of the BFD session. The longer interval is used. Actual transmit interval = max (min-tx-interval on the local end, min-rx-interval on the peer end). Actual receive interval = max (min-rx-interval on the local end, min-tx-interval on the peer end).
