Issue Description
Applicable Models:
All IPC models.

Symptom:

The image of an IPC that is directly connected to the video monitor looks too red or too green.
Handling Process
Step 1 Install an electromagnetic shielding ring to the video cable or use another video cable with strong anti-electromagnetic capability, and view output images again.
  • If output images are normal, no further operation is required.
  • If output images are abnormal after an electromagnetic shielding ring is installed, go to Step 2.
  • If output images are abnormal after a video cable with strong anti-electromagnetic capability is used, go to Step 3.
Step 2 Replace the video cable and view output images again.
  • If output images are normal, no further operation is required.
  • If output images are abnormal, go to Step 3.
Step 3 Replace the IPC.

Step 4 Check whether the fault is rectified.
  • If yes, no further operation is required.
  • If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
