Issue Description
You enter incorrect passwords for consecutive times that exceed the times of password fault-tolerant value?
Solution
There are three methods.
  • Power off the device and then restart the device.
  • Log in to the device using another account, choose Settings > System Configuration > Device Maintenance, and click Remote restart to restart the device.
  • Wait until the account is unlocked automatically.
