FusionAccess Failed create VM due to wrong DNS setting in DHCP option

Issue Description

System Version: FusionAccess V1R5C20SPC100

 

Issue Description:

When creating the VM from fusionaccess,it always fail and give an error "Failed to Join domain".

Alarm Information
Failed to Join domain.
Handling Process

1:Ask the customer to collect ITA logs from \ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\logs\ITALOG\log\VDESKTOP

2:Analyze the logs,then we find  the VM can’t join domain.

3: Use the vdesktop_user account (default password is Huawei123#)to login the VM and we find the DNS setting is IPv6 address, the VM can’t use IPv6 address DNS to resolve the domain name, so it can’t join domain.

Root Cause
DNS setting is IPv6 address, the VM can’t use IPv6 address DNS to resolve the domain name, so it can’t join domain.
Solution
The VM get the Gateway and DNS setting from DHCP server, ask the customer to change the DNS setting to correct IPv4 address in DHCP server option.
