A customer dials the video IVR service access code to obtain the video IVR service but fails. However, the customer successfully dials the voice agent service access code and talks with an agent.
1. Run the LST SRVATTR:; command to check the service console attributes.
If Resource type is not set to With Codec Resource, run the MOD SRVATTR command to set Resource type to With Codec Resource.
2. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
In the service console attributes of the video IVR service access code, Resource type is not set to With Codec Resource so that the U2980 or U2990 fails to play video and texts.
