When the U2990 is used, the Text To Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) services become unavailable intermittently.
1. Query information about all sites.
If the following information is displayed, the TTS and ASR functions are not configured for site 1:

2. Delete all resources of site 1.
RMV RCWSCFG: WSNO=1;
3. Add resources for site 1 and configure the TTS and ASR functions.
ADD RCWSCFG: WSNO=1, WSTYPE2=MSUA, MODULENO=473, RESCAP=IVR-1&CONF-1&FAX-1&TTS-1&ASR-1;
4. Restart the MSU board.
5. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
A unique site is configured on one MSU board to provide services such as IVR, fax, TTS, and ASR. The services available on each site can be configured as preferred. The MSU boards work in load balancing mode so service requests may be distributed to all sites on the MSU boards. When a service request is distributed to a site that has no TTS and ASR functions configured, the TTS and ASR services certainly are unavailable.
