Garbled Characters Displayed in Emails

Issue Description
Emails received by agents contain garbled characters.
Handling Process
1. Configure the email decoding character set and click Save.
2. Restart the ICS Gateway for the settings to take effect.
a. Log in to the ICS Gateway as the installation user prometheus.
b. Restart the ICS Gateway.

NOTICE:
If the Amonit (a component used to monitor system processes) has been started, the ICS Gateway service automatically restarts after the ./shutdown.sh command is executed. At this time, do not run the ./startup.sh command. Otherwise, multiple ICS Gateway processes are started simultaneously, resulting in communication exceptions between the ICS Gateway server and other components.
To check whether the Amonit has been started, run the ps -ef | grep amonit command. When information similar to "/usr/bin/amonit -c /etc/amonit.json -d" is displayed, the Amonit is restarted.
cd icsgateway
./shutdown.sh
./startup.sh
3. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
Root Cause
The default email decoding character set is different from the encoding character set in the JAU configuration file.
