Publication Date:  2015-07-02 Views:  329 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
Do MTU Changes on the L2TP LAC and LNS Affect the MSS Negotiation of Encrypted TCP Packets?
Solution
No. Changing the VT MTU on the LNS has no impact on the MSS negotiation. Changing the VT MTU on the LAC affects the PPPoE MRU negotiation, which consequently affects the TCP MSS value of the PPPoE client.
