Issue Description
Intra-office user 6001 joins pickup group 1, dials *11# to pick up an incoming call to the group, but cannot answer the call.

[%eSpace U1930(config)]#save //

Step 4 After a group pickup test, user 6001 can pick up calls to users 6002 and 6003. The problem is fixed.
Root Cause
When the user joins the pickup group, the group pickup right is not enabled for the user.
Solution
Enable the group pickup right for the user in config mode.

[%eSpace U1930(config)]#config modify subscriber dn 6001 operatenewservice add newservicerights pickupingroup

Suggestions
1. Calls are barred usually because the appropriate rights are not configured for users.

2. In this case, run the show subscriber dn xxxx type all command to check service rights of the user. If the service rights are not enabled, manually enable the service rights.
