When calling out to an IVR, Agent client in eSpace CC cannot find the keyboard to input digits after the IVR's prompt.
Firmware version: V200R003C31
In order to enhance access for a secondary dial of an Agent Client, in order to be able to input digits after the IVR is prompting, please perform the following steps:
1. Login to Agent Management by service administrator.
2. Go to Agent Settings > Agent Attribute Rights, click on Modify button and grant the “Two-stage dialing” feature as per below images:
