Purpose

This document applies to the E9000 server. It describes how to upgrade the MM910, chassis intelligent display, compute nodes, pass-through modules, switch modules, and mezzanine cards as well as how to resolve common problems.

Intended Audience

This document is intended for engineers who perform the upgrade or rollback. The engineers must:

  • Be familiar with the system networking and the version information of network elements (NEs) on the network.
  • Be experienced in performing operations on and maintaining the system.
