Publication Date:  2012-07-27 Views:  47 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
How to configure CAR at port of NE40?
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
QoS of NE40 is based on traffic classification which includes three types as EF, AF and BE. Both EF and AF are to define the assurance of bandwidth. If only the port is configured with CAR, it'd better to define the inbound traffic as BE, as follows:
1. Defining BE.
traffic 4M cdr 4000 cbs 12288
rule-map intervlan 4M ip any any
flow-action 4M diffserv be
eacl  4M 4M 4M
2. Configuring CAR at inbound direction.
int eth 1/0/0
access-group router eacl 4M
diffserv enable
3. Configuring CAR at outbound direction.
int eth 1/0/0
diffserv output-queue be 4M
