Issue Description
Topology: RouterA----------------RouterB. 
There are three direct links between RouterA and RouterB, and their preferences are as follows: link 1>link 2>link 3, of which the interface 1 (link 1) of RouterA is active, and interface 3 (link 3) is standby. Both RouterA and RouterB have enabled APDP (remote mode) at active interface.

If link 1 fails, what changes happen to the traffic between RouterA and RouterB? Because interface redundancy+APDP is configured, the traffic is cut over to the link 3 within 50ms before route convergence; after route convergence, the priority of link 2 is higher than that of link 3, so the traffic is switched to link 2 at last.
