FAQ-How to Configure NE20 as LNS to Allocate L2TP Multi-Instances with the Same Address Pool to Multiple Enterprise Users

Publication Date:  2012-07-27 Views:  40 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
Q: How to configure NE20 as LNS to allocate L2TP multi-instances with the same address pool to multiple enterprise users?
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A: The configuration is similar to that for allocation of different address segments to multiple enterprises; for more, see the relevant chapters and sections on L2TP in Operation Manual. Here presents the difference in configurations, as follows:
1. Specify different pool names in different domains, and the address segment in pool names must be identical.
2. Bind different vpn-instances to virtual-templates for multiple enterprises, and then configure the same IP address. Note: tunnel destination loopback ** must be specified as the address of public network for L2TP connection, not the address of  interconnection interface.
