Issue Description
Q: How does Eudemon2200 backup the information of registered users?
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
1. Manual backup: the sbc backup reg-user command (in user view) help backup the information of registered users manually. If Eudemon2200 resets, users do not need to register again, and restore the registration table through backup file. Once the command is configured, a file named "regionfo.bin" will be created in flash, recording the information of users which is only the information saved after the command is configured.
2. Automatic backup: the sbc backup reg-user at command is to specify the backup time for Eudemon2200. The equipment back ups the information of users on the time, being defaulted to 3. Once the command is configured, the information of registered users could backup at the point, with a file named "reginfo.bin" will be created in flash.
3. The information in reginfo.bin is of binary, and it needs to export from flash, using the editor of notepad to check it.
