Publication Date:  2012-07-27 Views:  57 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
Two NE5000Es connect through Ethernet port, and they could not ping to each other although they have been configured with IPV6 address.
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
In system view, enable IPV6
[QUIDWAY]IPV6    //enable forwarding of IPV6
Root Cause
Up to now, NE5000E products use VRP5.10, and it supports IPV6. It needs to enable IPV6 address protocol at the interface so that the route could forward IPV6 data normally.
Suggestions
If the equipment uses IPV6 addresses, first enable the forwarding of IPV6 address.
