Issue Description
The 10GGE boards of NE80E and NE5000E fail to connect with S8512 and GSR.

Handling Process
The 10GGE boards of NE80E and NE5000E are of WAN type, and those of S8512 and GSR are of LAN type, so they cannot intercommunicate. Replace the 10GGE LPU of both NE80E and NE5000E with LAN type boards, and they can connect to enable services. 
Root Cause
The 10G GE boards of both NE80E and NE5000E have two types: WAN and LAN. The lower layer chip of WAN board supports SDH, so WAN boards can connect with transmission devices. However, LAN boards cannot connect with transmission devices, and have to use optical fibers to connect with the LAN boards at peer. WAN boards cannot connect with LAN boards directly. 
Suggestions
In the engineering planning before sale, deployment and maintenance involving 10GGE LPU, it is suggested to figure out the LPU type of both sides, ensuring successful interconnection.
