Issue Description
Q:
After L3 Ethernet board port of NE40 is changed as L2, can it enable LDP protocol on matching VLAN ?
It is applicable to VRP3.10 of NE40.
Alarm Information

Handling Process
A:
It can enable LDP protocol on matching VLAN after L3 Ethernet board port of NE40 is changed as L2. If it is L2 Vlan, it cannot support LDP protocol.
There is no limit of the command of enabling LDP under VLAN interface view. Check whether there is L2 board port before enabling LDP protocol.
