Handling Process
A:
1. Execute en_diag and enter into diagnosis mode under system view;
2. Under diagnosis mode execute "display aclhitcnt eacl name rule-map name   device interface" to check that the rule-map of EACL is valid on some interface.
3. For example, check anti-virus EACL:  whether test is matched and valid or not:

[Router-diag]display aclhitcnt test du e1/0/12
