configure under system view
undo nat alg enable ftp       \\If it is required to make speed-limit on FTP, close ALG.
nat flow-control 2001 car-source-ip 1     \\It is aimed at ACL to do speed-limit. Defining ACL is omitted.
nat car-class 1 100               \\Define traffic grade. There are seven grades and their default is 2048KB and here the grade is 100KB.
