The OSN report LASER_MOD_ERR alarm after upgrade the software to V1R3

Issue Description
After upgrade the  OSN software from V1R1 to V1R3 ,some boards report alarm: LASER_MOD_ERR.the traffic is not normal:

Handling Process
Use command :cfg-get-port:bid,0; it can query the optical module which need to be configured:
You can see the slot 11 need use STM-4 laser module in each port,the slot 13 need use STM-1 laser module

We can find out the port 3 of slot 11 uses STM-1 optical laser module actually,but this board is STM-4,so the port 3 reports LASER_MOD_ERR
The prot 1~5 of slot 13 can not read the information of optical module,so the board does not know the rate of this module,so report the rate "0000",these port also reports 
alarm: LASER_MOD_ERR.we need replace the optical module which can be recognized by the board.
conclusion:
1.  the prot 3 of slot 11 need use stm-4 optical laser module,but actually we use stm-1 optical laser module.
2.  the slot 13 can not recognize the laser module of port 1~port5.we need replace the ESFP laser module.
After use the correct laser module this alarm  disappear
      
      
Root Cause
The laser module did not match.
The alarm LASER_MOD_ERR is only supportted by V1R3. the V1R1 is not able to report this alarm.
This alarm means:notify the customer to know if the laser match with board. ( for example: if the STM-1 board uses STM-4 laser module ,the board will report the alarm LASER_MOD_ERR. the traffic is not impacted,otherwise if the STM-16 board uses the STM-1 laser module,the board will not only report the LASER_MOD_ERR alarm,but also the traffic will be impactted  ).
      
      
      
Suggestions
We need use the correct laser module,please do not change it optionally.
