OptiX OSN falsely reports the LSR_WILL_DIE alarm

Issue Description
A customer complains that the CXL16 board reports the LSR_WILL_DIE alarm. After the new pluggable SFP optical module is replaced, the issue persists. After the CXL16 board is replaced, the issue is temporarily solved.

Handling Process
Before the software is upgraded to V1R3C02B028SP02, surppress the alarm first.
The V1R3C02B028SP02 changes the defect and solves the issue. The threshold value is calculated by integers. Then software analog mode is used to perform floating point operation.
      
Root Cause
The software compiled by Torando 2.2 does not support floating point operation on 8260 and 8270 CPU. The threshold value of the SFP optical module is calculated by floating point numbers. Hence, the threshold value is the minimum negative integer and any performance value is greater than this threshold value. The CXL16 board falsely reports the LSR_WILL_DIE alarm.      
Suggestions
Before the software is upgraded to V1R3C02B028SP02, surppress the alarm first.
V1R3C02B028SP02 and higher versions ultimately solve the issue.
