Optical Interface is Problematic and VRRP does not Switch after GE Optical Interface is Configured as Forced Full-Duplex

Issue Description
NE201--NE202
Two NE20 enable vrrp and NE201 is master device. When NE201 interface is up, the interface of the peer is down. NE20 packet is abnormally forwarded and the service interrupts.
Alarm Information
Problematic interface and the interface of peer are down.
Handling Process
Shutdwon problematic interface. The service recovers after VRRP switchover.
After the change of optical module, change NE20 and the peer as self-adaptation mode. Disconnect one tail fiber and the interface of both peers is down. VRRP can switch.
Root Cause
NE20 and optical interface of the peer are forced full-duplex. NE201 optical interface is problematic. The interface can only receive optic, but it cannot send optic. The interface of the peer is down if it cannot receive the optic. If NE201 detects that the interface is up, it does not enable VRRP switchover. Actually master NE201 cannot forward packets and the service interrupts.
Suggestions
If devices of peers are our product, optical interface is set as self-adaptation.
