Failed to login on Synlock V3.15 or v3.19

Issue Description
After the installtion of Synlockv3.15 or v3.19 ,when tries to LOGIN it displays an error windows"ODBC Microsoft Access driver LOGIN failed".

Handling Process
Go to CONTROL PANNEL>>REGIONAL AND LANGUAGES OPTIONS>> then in next pop up windows select LANGUAGES>>INSTALL FILES FOR EAST ASIAN
 LANGUAGES(these files can be installed by using CD for service pack2)
      
Root Cause
The displayed error windows are quite confusing as it shows that problem lies in database.The acyual problem can be solved by insyalling east asian languages.
