Publication Date:  2012-07-24 Views:  63 Downloads:  6
Issue Description
I use ethernet cable connecting to the NE NM_ETH port directly. Before changing the NE IP, everything is OK. After changing the NE IP, I can't connect to the NE. This happened at two sites.

Handling Process
Two solutions:
1. Refresh the network connection of computer.
From computer, right key click"My Network Places"->"Properties"->left key double click "Local Area Connection" used for the connection. Select "Support" and "Repair".
2. Configure only one IP address.
Delete all the other IP address from "Local Area Connection Properties".
Please see attachments for instrucion pictures.
Root Cause
This should be the problem between NE and PC. Check the physical connection, there is no problem. It is IP communication problem or SCC board problem.
R&D confirm there is no problem about SCC board. Check computer, the computer configured three IP address containing 129.9.0.200, 192.169.0.200 and 10.1.68.200. This may cause IP routing problems.
