Load Balancing problem in mpgroups in NE40-8 in VRP5.3 caused by incorrect configuration

Issue Description
There are two mpgroups crated for between LHR and KHI but the traffic is not load sharing on them.

Handling Process
We have to execute following commands according to service LPU cards slot numbers to enable per packet load balancing in VRP 5.
[NE40]load-balance packet slot 1
[NE40]load-balance packet slot 7
[NE40]load-balance packet slot 8 
After these commands then problem is resolved and traffic is shared equally on both mpgroups successfully.
      
      
Root Cause
The loadbalancing mode in NE series routers is "per flow" by default so the traffic load is not equally shared on both mpgroups. We have to change the load balancing mode to "per packet" to share the load equally on both mpgroups.
