NE80E STM1 card having high frequency of fbi_dbg packets

Issue Description
In the router logbuffer it was found that the following messages continuously repeating, the frequency of this log message was very high, i checked the device status, cpu and memory all were normal, but when i checked the info-center statistics the fpi_dbg stats were very high and continuously increasing.
