DBMS_ERROR alarm on Metro1000

Issue Description
During installation of Metro1000, subcontractor engineer found that there is DBMS_ERROR alarm on SS43SCB (4.02.06.06P03).

Handling Process
need to delete databases on NE and copy again:
:dbms-delete-all:fdb1;
:dbms-delete-all:fdb0;
:dbms-delete-all:drdb;
:dbms-copy-all:mdb,drdb;
:dbms-copy-all:drdb,fdb0; //(also can use :dbms-backup-all:fdb0;)
:dbms-copy-all:drdb,fdb1; //(also can use :dbms-backup-all:fdb1;)
and DBMS_ERROR alarm disappeared in our case.

DBMS_ERROR alarm means: 
Databases error
Alarm level:  Major
Alarm type:  Processing alarm
Causes:
(1) The operation to the database is wrong.
(2) The data in the database is damaged.
(3) The board is faulty.
