Problem in applying policy routing becasue of ACL applied to incorrect interface

Issue Description
There are two international links available for customer from two different service providers (A and B). Customer want to divide its traffic so that the devices with IP addresses of 202.74.232.0/24 and 202.74.233.0/24 should go through A and the devices with IP addresses 202.74.234.0/24 should go through B.

Handling Process
After ACL applied to ingress interface the problem is solved. The configurations are as follows :-

[NE80]interface Ethernet1/0/0

Root Cause
The ACL failed to take effect beause it is applied to egress interface rather than ingress interface.
