HYD_NE40-8 connected with MGW through GE link. In between of NE40 and MGW we have ODF.
Fiber type LC- SC.
NE40-8 Version: VRP (R) software, Version 5.30 (NE40&NE80 V300R002C01B551.
We connect the NE40-8 to ODF through a fiber cable( LC- SC).and MGW is connect with this ODF through LC-SC fiber cable.
After making connection b/w NE40 and MGW we receive alarm GE 3/0/0 come to down state and it again went up within one second. And this comes again an again on NE40-8.

we try to give a loop from ODF to NE40-8 and we find that this fiber is ok and connectivity b/w ODF and NE40-8 is ok as well.
We give a loop from ODF to MGW and it seems that it is also ok but after carefull examination we find that at MGW we have GE link on MG10 card and this port went down and up again with one second.
When we analyze the alarm panel we find an alarm "interface fault" message.
We installed new fiber cable between ODF and MGW and check again by giving loop. but again the same problem.
here we concluded that it was some port problem of MG10 board.
We replace the MG10 card and the problem was solved.
