Problem Description:Environment alarm not sync
Initial Troubleshooting Action Taken:
Already synchronize all devices EMU, but EMU list not display.
Current Status:
Operation failed. Failure cause: Database operation failed with an unknow cause.

Environment alarm cannot synchronize for all NE
Handling Process
telnet into sun server and log in sybase then perform below step
1.We can truncate the log
> dump transaction EnpowerDB with no_log
> go
2.We use below command to clear the data table
>use EnpowerDB
>go
>truncate table tbl_EnpHistoryDataTab
>go
>print 'OK'
>go
      
Root Cause
database table full
Suspect: At System Monitoring there are display at Database > Database Name > EnpowerDB & TopoDB is display in red.
Suggestions
1.Check system monitor if your EMU not sync
2.Truncate is to clear the database table without delete the table structure
