Q:
Customer needs to increase the feeding voltage from 43-44V to 47-48V. For this case we have informed them that only version 140 provides this feeding vlotage. They have provided the programmer to burn the program into the chipset but they need which chipset types are used in ASL to buy the suitable programmer that supports this IC series .

ATMEL AT89C51RB2-3CSIM 
PHILIPS P89V51RD2BN.112 
ATMEL AT89C51RB2-3CSUM 
after that they provide the suitable programmer.
