The chip problem results in Power_abnormal alarm in the SAP board of OSN2500 equipment

Issue Description
The PIU board reported Power_abnormal alarm in the slot23 of OSN2500 equipment, but the PIU board is working in slot22.

Handling Process
1、Measure the input power of OSN2500 at the site;
2、After rebooting the SAP board, the alarm isn't disappear;
3、After changing the SAP board, the alarm is disappear;
4、The SAP board is damaged;
Root Cause
There are double separate power cable in the OSN2500 equipment, and the input power is controled by power module in the SAP board. Our OSN2500 equipment can support -48V and -60V  power. The J9/J10 jumper control the type of input power in SAP board. If there is jumper in the J9/J10, the input power is -48V. Otherwise, the input power is -60V.
To the -48V power, the working power is from -41V to -60V. If the input power is under -41V, the system will report alarm;
To the -60V power, the working power is from -51v to -71V. If the input power is under -51V, the systme will report alarm;
Each PIU is connected each input power in the OSN2500 equipment, and it's controled by the different chip separately in SAP board. If one chip is damaged, the system will reported Power_abnormall alarm.
